In the fall of 2000, Dr. Mader introduced CEREC© dentistry to his practice. CEREC© dentistry enables Dr. Mader and his staff to perform single-visit porcelain crowns and inlays to their patients. Since becoming a CEREC© dentist, Dr. Mader has received a certification by the International Society of Computerized dentistry (1 out of 75 dentists worldwide) and was the FIRST CEREC© dentist in Michiana. Dr. Mader currently has over 10,000 CEREC© restorations in service and has made many patients happy through this new technology. His office is a well-known training site for other CEREC© dentists and has produced an educational DVD.
In 2007, Dr. Mader completed his training at the Misch Implant Institute. He is certified through their surgical and prosthetic program to place and restore implants. Dental implants provide permanent, natural-looking teeth as a solution to missing teeth. Dr. Mader places dental implants start to finish in the comfort of his office. His commitment to continuing education and learning advanced dental techniques means you always receive the best care possible.

Originally from California, LeeAnn has been a resident of Indiana for the past five years and has worked within the medical field her entire career. She grew up in a military family and is married to a retired Air Force member. Because of her family's military career, she has lived in many interesting locations around the world. This opportunity has given her a great appreciation for cultures and diversity

Renee, Insurance Manager Renee has been in the dental field since 1995 and has worked with Dr. Mader since 2001and enjoys her job immensely. During her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling and outside activities with her husband and daughters. .

Expanded Function Dental Carlene has been with Dr. Mader since 1996 and has been in the dental field since 1983. She is also a CEREC © trainer. In her spare time, she enjoys being involved in all of her daughters' activities and teaching them how to bake and ski. |

Function Dental Robin has been in dentistry since 1979 and has been with Dr. Mader since 2003. She loves dentistry and can't imagine doing anything else. She was born and raised in South Bend. Robin is married and enjoys traveling with her husband. |

Susan, Dental/Orthodontic Assistant Susan has been in dentistry since 1987 and has been with Dr. Mader since 1991. Susan's area of expertise is orthodontics and dental assisting. In her freetime, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ed, of 20 years, traveling, reading, and interior decorating. |

Deb, Dental Hygienist Deb has been in dental field since 1990 and has been working for Dr. Mader since 1996. She is a licensed Dental Hygienist and is a graduate of Indiana University of South Bend. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the Indiana Dental Hygiene Association.She enjoys participating in summer and winter activities with her family. |

Sharon, Dental Hygienist Sharon has been in dentistry since 1985 and has worked for Dr. Mader since 2001. She is a licensed Dental Hygienist. Sharon is a 1985 graduate of Indiana University of South Bend's Dental Assisting program. After working as an Expanded Function Assistant for 9 years she returned to Indiana University and received her Dental Hygienist degree in 1997. Sharon & her husband have a very spoiled dog and in her free time she likes to read, scrap book, and spend time with friends & family. |
Marsca, Hygienist Marsca has been in the dental field since 1993 as a licensed dental hygienist. Prior to obtaining her degree in dental hygiene at Indiana University South Bend, Marsca worked as an expanded duties dental assistant for 9 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and going to the movies.
